Raymond Chretien is proud of his month-long mission to Rwanda, Burundi and Zaire. Although the refugee problem did not require the extensive mission that Chretien had spearheaded, he still thinks Canada gained stature by the mission. He also discusses the UN, Canadian politics and other matters.
