Article Abstract:
US Pres Bill Clinton and his NATO allies managed to create a victorious military policy regarding Kosovo, Yugoslavia, despite an unstable beginning. Yet the cost of victory may be higher than the cost of war. No Americans died in combat during the $4 bil military campaign. It may cost $30 bil to rebuild Kosovo and $50 to $150 bil to rebuild Serbia.

Iraqification: a losing strategy
Article Abstract:
The idea of Iraqification as a solution to the lower American casualties in Iraq is examined. The chances of such a strategic move to discourage guerrillas from fighting are presented.
