Research environments that promote integrity
Article Abstract:
A study is conducted to propose an internal control model as an innovative framework for the design and structure of nursing research environments that promote integrity. The model provides five interrelated process components within which any number of research integrity variables and process might be used and studied namely internal control environment, risk assessment, internal control activities, monitoring, and information and communication.

Testing a nurse-tailored HIV medication adherence intervention
Article Abstract:
The efficacy of the Client Adherence Profiling and Intervention Tailoring (CAP-IT) intervention as compared with usual care is determined through a tailored, nurse-delivered intervention program designed to improve adherence to HIV medications, and enhance health-related quality of life. It suggests that these measures of medication adherence did not perform as expected and that perhaps they are not adequate measure of adherence.
