Rigas Family To Cede Assets To Adelphia

The Rigas family, founders of cable giant Adelphia Communications Corp. have been ordered by the Justice Department and the Securities and Exchange Commission to pay for a $715 million compensation fund. The fund will be used to compensate Adelphia investors for money lost due to the corporate corruption of the Rigas family.
