An exhibit of a compilation of etchings made from Riopelle's drawings on a circus theme may rekindle interest in the Canadian artist's career and personal life. The exhibition will open Nov 14, 1997, at the Montreal Book Show with circus-related poems written by singer-poet Gilles Vigneault.

Searching for the grave of Champlain
Article Abstract:
Former Catholic priest and amateur archeologist Rene Levesque has searched for 40 years trying to uncover the exact location of Champlain's gravesite. Champlain, who is known as the father of New France, died in 1635, and was reportedly buried near the Quebec Basilica, in Quebec City.
