Article Abstract:

The launch of web and digital radio sites around the world could prove a threat to the future of traditional broadcast radio. Australia has a few online-only radio stations, such as OzWorld and Pump100.com, and an eager audience, but web radio is expensive and stations are not able to come up with effective business models to make web radio viable.
