Smallest athletes, most dangerous game

Article Abstract:

One of the most hazardous jobs in professional sports is being a horse racing jockey. Sandy Hawley, 46, has been a jockey for 31 years and is currently recuperating from injuries he suffered from a fall. However, he plans to return to racing and does not worry about future injuries.

The length of baseball games has increased since 1974 by almost half an hour. Players today use stalling tactics not used by previous ballplayers. Some fans appreciate the slow pace of the game, in anticipation of a victory.
