Southward flow of Canadians worries C.D. Howe

Daniel Schwanen, an economist at the C.D. Howe Institute, has issued a new report on worker migration patterns between Canada and the United States. The report, which said that about 10,000 highly skilled workers are leaving Canada annually to work in the U.S., focuses on highly-educated employees.
