Stronach gets 750,000 Decoma options
Article Abstract:
Decoma International Inc., a plastic auto parts manufacturer, has given 750,000 options in stock to its parent company Magna International Inc.'s chairman Frank Stronach. Stronach is expected to supply consulting services for four years starting 1998 to Decoma. Stronach will also be helping Decoma to work on its fascia operations which manufactures plastic body parts to shield automobile steel bumpers. However, his new options have practically no value at the moment since Decoma's stock is only currently being traded at $10.10.
