TD Waterhouse to offer free pocket PCs

Customers of Canada's Toronto Dominion Bank's brokerage unit will not receive any of the 5,000 free handheld personal computers offered by New York, NY-based TD Waterhouse Group Inc. TD Waterhouse is offering the pocket PCs only to its U.S. customers who use its online investing services.
