TD's brokerage keeps paying dividend

An analysis of the returns from TD Waterhouse, the discount brokerage unit of the Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD) is presented. The shareholders of TD have reaped substantial profits over the years through dividends from this unit. The merger deal with U.S. based Ameritrade Holding is also analyzed.
