TSE in talks with Hong Kong exchange

Canada's Toronto Stock Exchange and the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd., which is led by chief executive officer Alec Tsui, are exploring an alliance. The TSE would be allowed to list blue chip Canadian firms in Hong Kong if the alliance is successful.
