William Lerach, a highly successful lawyer who specializes in shareholders' lawsuits, may soon be under investigation himself. The Justice Department contends that Seymour M. Lazar whose name appears in several of Mr. Lerach's lawsuits, accepted more than $2.4 million in kickbacks.
