Former cricketer and commentator Ian Chappell criticizes England's former cricketer and selector Rod Marsh's selection of the England cricket team for its inability to succeed. Chappell believes that English cricket needs frank assessment that Marsh can handle, however, he needs to improve on his test and one day selection, which shows his flaws.
