Don't drop the foods you love

Some foods which have been shunned, may not be bad. Fatty foods in limited amounts are good for overall nutrition and coffee has not been found to be detrimental to the health. Eggs are high in cholesterol, but it is the saturated fats found in meat and dairy products that clog arteries.
