Threatening letters on Front de liberation du Quebec (FLQ) stationary have been sent to a variety of companies identified as 'enemies' of Quebec in a newsletter written by FLQ terrorist Raymond Villeneuve. Ottawa's security force should determine if the FLQ is active again.

Canada needs to adopt a pro-growth, pro-business, market-oriented philosophy if it is to flourish at the dawn of the 21st century. The election of right wing provincial governments in Ontario, Alberta, and elsewhere is a welcome trend.
