PwC resigns role with RBC

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) resigned on 23rd September 2003 as a joint auditor for Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) over a possible conflict of interest. PwC stated that the work performed for the unit of bank might have gone against U.S. audit regulation.
