Rob Southey of Cordiner King that recruits personnel for co-operates stated that universities need people with commercial judgment and links with the commercial world as some universities are receiving 30% federal funding in the year 2005 as compared to 90% in the 1990s period.

Local experts suggest the games were irrelevant to the real estate market.
