The movie "Hotel Rwanda" wherein Rusesabagina, a Rwandan hotel manager saved the lives of more than 1,200 people in the 100 days from April 6, 1994 when the Hutu gangs helped by the Hutu army killed nearly one million Tutsis and moderate Hutus in genocide described as the fastest in human history is discussed. The United Nations is a reflection of its major members and a vast organization with a distinct culture and code that desperately needs repair.

The manner in which the Shia community handles power when the Iraqi government is formed would have an enormous effect on Iraq and the entire Arab world. Shiites must actively shape a stable new order in Iraq, one that creates political and economic space for all and thereby create a revolution for Iraq and the entire Arab world.
