Workplace still unfair to women, study finds
Article Abstract:
A new study from the University of Calgary has discovered that women workers suffer from barriers, pay gaps and other forms of gender discrimination in the workplace. The report, which surveyed 142,000 workers at 1,500 companies in Calgary, Alberta, found that the financial industry is one sector that continues to be plagued by a glass ceiling.
