Banks pass the acid test
Article Abstract:
A financial stability review on the vulnerability of banking sector securities to issues like interest rates, household debts etc. has been reviewed by the Reserve Bank of Australia. The banking industry shares have shown considerable resilience to most of the factors that would have hitherto resulted in mayhem for the sector. The reasons for such display of strength by banking sector stocks are analyzed.
