Personal Investor magazine has been around for over 22 years. During the period it has helped many investors in Australia build their wealth. However, competition in the field of such investment advising magazines coupled with accessibility of data over the Internet has prompted the publishers to merge the magazine with another magazine called Shares to form a new magazine that will be called The Australian Financial Review Smart Investor.
