She doesn't eat junk food , consults a nutritionist about her diet and takes a 90-minute yoga classes three days a week. She stays busy but has learned to balance her life with daily one hour breaks from the phone and fax. She strongly believes that beauty is not skin deep, and applauds society for becoming more accepting of changes to the physical image.
