Gym love

Article Abstract:

A man in his sixties relates how for years, nurturing inferiority feelings about sports, he resisted going to the local gym. Finally he went and to his amazement, he loved it and the gradual changes to his body. Then, he finally experienced the legendary post-exercise rush of adrenaline for himself.

Article Abstract:

A visit to Berlin, after the reunification of Germany, is described. The first lodging, in East Berlin, was depressing because of the grayness and the massive unemployment in the area, but Berlin is still an impressive city, with its wide avenues, and beautiful parks, canals, and lakes.
