ING Industrial Funds' (IIF) rationalization program started in November 1991 aims at developing the existing land banks that would enable them to provide quality stock for the fund without competing on the open market and has lower acquisition costs. Its consistence performance was due to its ability to leverage off, a fairly robust industrial property market.
