Abolition of the work test enables people to embark on a flexible retirement whereby they can move in and out of a job prior to age 65 and still keep contributing to their superannuation. This system allows any person under 65 to join a super fund irrespective of their work status and members themselves or employers, or parents or even grand parents of the members can make contribution.
