Article Abstract:
Financial Industry Complaints Service (FICS) law states that licensed operators should provide their clients with access to an independent third party where a dispute cannot be settled between the client and the service provider. Yurgen Riske is just one among the more than 10,000 clients that complain to FICS every year and his case of his broker misguiding him and not acting according to his instructions is detailed.
