The share analysis of National Australia Bank (NAB), Westpac Banking Corp. (WBC), St George Bank (SGB), Adelaide Bank (ADB), and its technology and processes are studied to recognize the strong and stable growth rates in different housing sectors. The investment prospects of the housing sector, different ways to achieve growth in retail deposits and outstanding loan balances to provide strong platform for future earnings is described.

Jury out on NSW tax cut
Article Abstract:
The adverse effects of the 2.25% vendor tax on the property markets in Sydney, Australia are discussed. The tax, which was imposed in 2004 and ended up siphoning 5% from the payout of investors, has recently been abolished. Consequently, the property markets in the region may see an upturn.
