Tapping new income sources
Article Abstract:
It is reported that high-yield securities such as reset preference shares and convertible preference shares have helped the fixed interest component of the Income Plus Growth Trust to rise by 5.2 % over the year, outperforming the fixed interest benchmark by 2% for the year until the end of April 2004. The aim of the trust is to pay monthly income to investors while achieving modest capital growth.
