Training on a deadline
Article Abstract:
The recent rule issued by Federal Energy Regulatory Commission requires companies to train employees on the new standards of conduct. The task presents challenges for effective management. Edison Electric Institute has developed a standards-of-conduct computer-based training program in response to the new rule.
