In the driver's seat: what do the first EV1 customers think of their new car?
Article Abstract:
Two of the first owners of the GM EV1 electric car showed their enthusiasm for the vehicle due to its performance which approaches that of a conventional gas-fueled car rather than its environment-friendly characteristics. The concerns voiced by the electric car owners regarding the future of electric cars include the number of recharging stations, economic aspects of upgrading batteries and more models to suit many of the customer requirements for transportation.
