Special obligations to compatriots
Article Abstract:
Political philosophers believed that all people have a special obligation to their fellowmen. A person has the obligation to give priority to other's needs and to take an active part in public life. Special obligation can be derived from general moral principles or obligation. The general principles of human rights, principles of fair play and the underprivileged entail that there are some special obligations among the residents of the state.
