'Arrogant coward' Milosevic will relent if pressed by the West

Slobodan Milosevic can be pressured by the West to recognize the Nov 17, 1996 election results. His refusal to recognize this and his control over the state media have been the reason for the massive demonstrations in Belgrade. The Serbian images that he has projected in the West are outright propaganda.
