Details regarding list of top echelon, the would-be successors to Fidel Castro, the President of Cuba, are given suggesting that the next leader will likely come from a group of men numbering less than 10. However, the greatest challenge is trying to penetrate the silence and mystery of Fidel Castro's government in order to determine which personalities will raise to the top and to interpret what their ascendance will mean for the suture of Cuba.

The National Assn for the Advancement of Colored Peoples (NAACP) and the African American people in general must rise to the challenges of the 21st century. They must adapt to shifts in demographics and political developments affecting minorities. The NAACP must work and cooperate with the government's initiatives on race relations and work towards quality education and the development of human capital.

Castro: to fall or not to fall?
Article Abstract:
The difference between the disintegrated communist governments of Eastern Europe and the government of Cuba lies in the fact that the former were installed by the USSR and the latter was installed by Fidel Castro with people's support. So, the downfall of Castro is not imminent, and transition to market economy is not possible. Cuba may opt for mixed economy in the future.
