Preemption wrong US policy, but Saddam must go
Article Abstract:
This article discusses the preemptive strike against Iraq by the United States. The author argues, that even though Saddam Hussein must be deposed,?preemption in this case is dangerous and wrong with collective action being the most legitimate strategy.
