The four "r"s of refugees

Article Abstract:

This article discusses providing humanitarian aid to refugees. The author argues humanitarian and development agencies have mostly had to work alone in providing any form aid to the world's refugees, offering several solutions to resettlement which can not only better the lives of the refugees, but of surrounding communities.

This article provides an interview with the former president of Indonesia, Abdurrahman Wahid. Wahid maintains the majority of Indonisian Muslims desire a secular government, are not anti-American, and are deeply?dismayed by the Bali bombing and Islamic militantism .
