Manhood, Race and Power in America, that defines Hip-Hop as a reaction to racism and classicism in America and the failure of the Civil Rights Movement in the United States is described. The older generation of African American men's collusion with the White American is deplored.

A cooperative approach to Accountability: Manitoba's family violence prevention program

Article Abstract:

The emerging alternative view in which two parties' objectives are jointly pursued through a cooperative process is adopted. The analysis of a provincial funding program in Manitoba and Canada provides evidence that such an approach is not only possible but also efficient.
