Don't let furor from Cox report undermine US-Russian cooperation

Article Abstract:

There have been calls for changes to be made in the way that US scientists cooperate with their foreign peers, as a result of the Cox Report which alleges nuclear spying by China. Cooperation between scientists from the US and Russia on nuclear technology has become an important element in relations between the two countries. Both countries have sought to tackle nuclear proliferation issues through joint efforts since 1991. These joint efforts are important and should not be curtailed as a result of the Cox Report.
