A multivarate analysis of sex offender recidivism
Article Abstract:
A cognitive-behavioral program to treat sex offenders has been shown to significantly reduce the possibility of reoffending. Recidivism is strongly affected by offender demographics, criminal history, the quality of treatment involvement, and offense characteristics.

Reducing out-of-community placement and recidivism: diversion of delinquent youth with mental health and substance use problems from the justice system
Article Abstract:
A study to focus on a systems-integration approach regarding justice involved youth with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders is presented. Results helped to reduce out-of-community placement and recidivism for diverted youth in New York State.
