Construct validation study of the fear of powerlessness scale

Article Abstract:

The Fear of Powerless Scale appears to be accurately measuring the extent to which a person feels fear of powerlessness. The scale is intended to measure how self-control-oriented people cope with fear of losing control. The scale was evaluated against the Levenson's Locus of Control Scales, the Desire for Control Scale, the Chance Scale and the Powerful Others Scale.
