Conceptualizing the mutidimensional nature of self-efficacy: assessment of situational context and level of behavioral challenge to maintain safer sex

Article Abstract:

Research presented concerns the possession and use of risk reduction and self-regulation skills, focusing on how a sense of self-efficacy operates within a safe-sex context. A model for HIV/AIDS prevention based on self-efficacy is presented.
