Improving program outcome with process-based performance feedback
Article Abstract:
Process-based verbal feedback proved to be more efficient and easy to implement in a study regarding outcome performance feedback on instructor and child behaviour. Measures of performance error are found to be significant in monitoring feedback effects on instructor behavior. Increase in correct instructor performance and correct child behavior is demonstrated in two cases, which include using performance feedback that integrates verbal, graphic and written data in one case and the provision of verbal process information alone in another case.

Using control charts to analyze baseline stability: an illustrative example with "real time" data
Article Abstract:
Baseline stability analysis is a critical task in applied and experimental examinations of behavior. However, remarkably little has been written about the criteria for determining if and when stable rates of responding have been achieved within experimental conditions. An example using statistical process control charts is presented to show how they can be used to inspect classic data sets to provide an operational definition, which includes four detection rules, for determining if stability has been achieved during baseline.
