Positive impression management and its influence on the REvised NEO Personality Inventory: a comparison of analog and differential prevalence group designs
Article Abstract:
Comparisons were made between participants completing the Revised NEO Personality Inventory (NEO PI-R) as authentic job applications and analog participants under standard as well as 'fake-good' instructions. The findings reveal the probability of response dissimulation in cases where outcomes from analog designs are generalizable to real-world samples.

Interchangeability of the Working Alliance Inventory and Working Alliance Inventory, Short Form
Article Abstract:
Scores of the Working Alliance Inventory (WAI) and Working Alliance Inventory, Short Form (WAI-S) were found to be highly correlated and the descriptive statistics, internal consistencies were found comparable. Studies revealed the fourth-session WAI and WAI-S scores were moderately predictive of therapy improvement ratings.

Socially desirable responding and the factorial stability of the NEO PI-R
Article Abstract:
An investigation was conducted to compare the factor structure of the revised NEO personality inventory (NEO PI-R), in samples of respondents differentially motivated to respond in a socially desirable manner. Results indicated that the NEO PI-R factor structure remained stable across all samples.
