Smoking and bulimia nervosa
Article Abstract:
The decline of cigarette smoking among women are slower as compared to men as women find smoking a means of controlling their weight having a loss of appetite effect. With this, it can be derived that women with bulimia anorexia will most likely have the cigarette smoking habit as compared to females who have affective or anxiety disorders. Furthermore, this explains why bulimic women had difficulties quitting smoking.
