The insensitivity of 'willingness-to-pay' to the size of the good: new evidence for health care
Article Abstract:
The study findings from Norway and Portugal about the effect of different numbers of patients treated from a programme and the different reducions in the risk of heart attack on the willingness-to-pay (WTP) values is examined. Results do not indicate any differences in WTP based on health outcomes.

Estimating customer utility of energy efficiency standards for refrigerators
Article Abstract:
Conjoint analysis is proposed to examine the degree of loss of average customer's utility by product standards. The results indicated that energy efficiency standards for refrigerators increased customer utility under imperfect choices.
