WTP and WTA in repeated trial experiments: learning or leading?

An experiment on the effect of repeated trials to compare willingness to accept (WTA) and willingness to pay (WTP), found disparities between WTA and WTP did diminish, despite repeated trials, though there was some evidence of learning.

Marketing strategies and consumer behavior are examined in detail using a model applied to fashion clothing which sets out four types of consumer involvement. The results are relevant to marketing strategies.
