A CRE blueprint for the next millenium

Article Abstract:

Corporate infrastructure management may fast become the future watchword for the corporate community, as real estate becomes tied to the company's competitiveness in a global economy. The trend is being watched by the International Development Research Council, which has developed training programs for corporate infrastructure resource management which members can use for effective asset management. Part of the training includes the use of the Internet as a real estate management tool, especially as corporations see the necessity for sharing timely information on real estate holdings.
