A fast - connection
Article Abstract:
Blighs Meadow shopping area in the centre of Sevenoaks, Kent, England, is planned to be built during Spring 1998. Local agents are hopeful that the nearby Bluewater scheme will have a limited effect on the new shopping centre. A new office development planned by BT PLC is likely to increase the economy of the area. BT propose to build a 200,000 sq ft office building near the railway station in Sevenoaks as part of its Workstyle 2000 offices scheme. Some local observers suggest that traffic system may be adversely affected by the influx of around 1,200 workers to the new offices.
