Article Abstract:
It is becoming more difficult for home buyers in some locations to find new homeowner's insurance policies. At times, one or two claims can result in a homeowner being labeled a candidate for non-renewal. The real estate industry needs to do all it can to prevent this problem from destroying the dreams of clients and sinking real estate transactions.
