The evaluative information of brownfields revitalization law for the cleanup of brownfields has been presented. The definition of brown field and limitation of Small Business Liability Relief and Brownfields Revitalization Act to achieve the growth of brownfields revitalization is emphasized.

Article Abstract:
The limitations on target marketing imposed by the Fair Housing Act, which states illegality of discriminating against members of certain classes, are discussed. Strategies for effective target marketing that does not flout the law are provided.
